01 — Who we are
X Energy Oil is the energy vertical of Commvensa USA. It carries into the hydrocarbons sector the origination, financing and trading structure the group has built across mining and industrial commodities.
The group operates from four offices on three continents: Curaçao, Hong Kong, Venezuela and the United States. Origination sits close to the asset, structuring and finance offshore, and market access through the United States and Asia.
Our mandate is long-term: recovering productive capacity, rebuilding infrastructure and raising output, under structures that are transparent, legally sound and auditable end to end.
Every operation is designed to comply with the applicable licences and authorisations of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Department of the Treasury, alongside the legislation of the host country.

From bringing idle fields back into production to structuring the capital behind them, moving the equipment, placing the barrels and keeping every step auditable — one counterparty across the whole chain.
Recovery of existing fields and facilities: technical assessment, rehabilitation plan, surface installations and progressive ramp-up of output.
Design and structuring of the investment and financing vehicles that allow an asset to move from agreement to first production, with international partners at the table.
Procurement engineering and logistics for hydrocarbon operations, drawing on the group's established trading and shipping structure across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Placement of crude and refined products into international markets, using the origination, documentation and shipping capability the Commvensa group already operates in commodities.
Sanctions, governance and due-diligence framework applied before an operation is structured, not after — the condition on which the group's international partners participate.
